What happens during class?

During our virtual time together we will be looking at topics from Qigong to mat practice to Gyrokinesis along with ways to help your home practice as we're all going through a big stillness in many ways as a world. It's time to reset!


This will be a closed class to audio and video, so all you need to do is sit back and participate, relax, or nap! These classes are designed to give you support and deepen a sense of ease in your body systems resulting in a settled, vibrant body, mind, and heart. This is a time to develop vitality without burning up your resources.

How much is a live class?

Right now to support different financial situations due to the current world circumstances, I offer the live class on a sliding scale. *The live weekly classes are free for members which includes access to the recordings. If you are not a member, register here.

How do I attend?

First, you will need to register here. You will receive a zoom link to join the class. You can have your video on or off. Feel free to say hello when you join a class if it has not yet started. If you come in a little late, please place yourself on mute. These classes are recorded for the member area.

What do I need to prepare?

You will need enough space to lay down with arms outstretched. In most classes, you will only need a backless stool and a yoga mat or blank for laying down.

Can I join in as a beginner?

Yes. All classes are taught with a backup system in mind. You'll always have many options as a beginner.

Can I take this class if I have a physical limitation or injury?

Please consult with your doctor or physical therapist first for diagnosis and limitations. Ideally, I recommend private classes at first. After consulting with your physician, reach out personally to me with any questions you may have.
